Oversight of Groups and Community (60%) | Our Groups and Community teams are responsible for ensuring the congregation connects with one another and builds community through a strong, 健康的, and growing small group ministry. Works alongside the Groups Coordinator and functions as the overall leader of our Groups and Community ministry by developing a solid core team that fosters community involvement and spiritual growth throughout the congregation.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or seminary
5+ years of full-time vocational ministry leadership
Relevant experience in leading discipleship ministries in a local church setting

Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
